Refund Policy
The guidelines for our Refund Policy are:
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have concern about mentor or any aspect of our service, please let us know within 15 days. We will refund your amount after adjusting any deduction that needs to be made.
Amount paid towards following items will not be refunded:
- Any software or application which has been downloaded from our website.
- Soft copy of the books downloaded from our site
- Classes attended by the students. The offered classes may be for the following: Offline or Online classes for grade 6, grade 7, grade 8, grade 9, grade 10, grade 11 or 12 for Subjects like Mathematics, Science or any other subjects offered by us.
- Classes scheduled but missed by the students, unless intimated 24 hours in advance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
