At imustudy, we assess the work of student with constructive approach. We keep in mind that it is manifest of students understanding of the subject. What is the motivation for my child to work on assignments?

Learning and acquiring new skills is a big motivating factor for the students. Today’s children want to be ahead of the curve and our courses provide them that impetus.

Assignments provide them a chance to test their learning as well as an opportunity to get constructive feedback from the mentors. This will help them grow.

We will share feedback on students’ activities with their parents. This will work as a checkpoint.

Having said that, we track assignment submission of the student and in case of any negligence, we take it seriously. We inform the parents about delay or negligence and as first step, we try to understand the reason behind such a slip/. In case of lack of a genuine reason, we take disciplinary measures.

At the same time, we would request parents to peruse our feedback and in case of any question, be proactive in discussing with us/our mentors to ensure child is on the desired path of learning

How is it structured?

Imustudy course is structured to promote continual learning. we have divided syllabus into 18-20 modules

Every 15 days, a new course module is published. Each module consists of one unit each of these 5 subjects

How will I be informed on the progress of my child?

Imustudy will share dashboard with the parents. The dashboard will contain information about the performance of the child year-till-date

Apart from this, we will also share subjective evaluation based on observation by the mentors, their feedback and ability of students in implementing these feedback

What analysis would you be doing that is different from school?

1. Most of the schools analyze answers in terms of right or wrong answers. We believe that even the right answers have scope of improvement. Our mentors will provide feedback by pointing out areas of improvement
2. We conduct exams for students from across the schools. That helps us in providing comprehensive positioning among students from his/her class level, across schools
3. Unlike school feedback, which comes quarterly/half-yearly or annually, our analysis is provided every 15 days

How qualified are the people who will be assessing my child?

We take extreme care in choosing mentors. All our mentors are academicians with long experience in central schools or engineers with good experience in industry. Apart from their academic qualification, we look for their passion in mentoring.

1. Contact Classes: These classes will primarily be online where students can log into the class, ask questions and clarify their doubts with the mentors
2. Contact Centre: We will have contact centres across the country. These contact centres will be the ‘go to’ points for any logistical issues

Our chief mentor Dr. Aditi Priya Singh, has been professor and principal of prestigious business school. A Ph.D. holder in management, she enjoys academic pursuit and has published multiple papers and also has been chief editor of the journal.

What improvement do you think I will be seeing in my child if any?

We expect our students to grow on these three fronts:

1. Knowledge: Our course content are designed in heuristic manner, which will make it easy for the students to learn and remember the subject
2. Content: Feedback from mentors will include the way the answers can be written in a better way. This will help students improve their writing and linguistic skills
3. Presentation Skills: Knowledge and content can have varying impact based on the way it is presented. Our mentors will help students learn to present answers to make better impact
